In a Bullitt Circuit Court suit, the court ordered certain parts of the Bullitt's Lick tract to be transfered to Kinnison to Abraham Field as shown below.

This indenture made this 4th day of October in the year of our Lord, 1843 by and between Nathaniel P. Saunders, late Sheriff of Bullitt County, of the one part, and Abraham Field of the town of Shepherdsville and county aforesaid of the other part.
Witnesseth that on the 10th day of September 1839 there issued from the clerk's office of the Bullitt Circuit Court an execution Fieri Facias No. 1080 in the name of Thixton and Hornbeck against the estate, Alonzo C. Kinnison, Henry C. Thomas, and William W. Swearingen for the sum of $147.94, debt and interest on said sum at 6% per annum from the 10th day of June 1839 till paid and 45 1/2 cents cost returnable to the October rules 1839, and which execution issued upon a three month replevin bond, and which execution came on the day of the date thereof came regularly to the hands of Jonathan D. S. Peacock, deputy sheriff for the said Nathaniel P. Saunders, Sheriff of Bullitt County as aforesaid who there upon made the following return, to wit.
"October 10th 1839. Levied this execution on all the right, title and interest of A. C. Kinnison has in the tract of land in Bullitt County known as the Bullitt's Lick tract as given up by said Kinnison, and being about 250 acres more or less, and not time to advertise and sell under this execution, J. D. S. Peacock, D.S. for N. P. Saunders, S.B.C."
And whereas afterwards to wit on the 9th day of December 1842 and execution Ven detioni exponas No. 1050 issued from the clerk's office of the Bullitt Circuit Court aforesaid in said case for the sum of $147.94 with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from te 10th June 1839 till paid as aforesaid, and $1.36 1/2 made returnable to the 11th day of February 1843 upon which execution there is a credit endorsed for $20 paid 10th day of April 1840, the said debt and execution was assigned by said Thixton and Hornbeck to Jonathan D. S. Peacock by assignment filed with said execution dated 13th December 1839 made part hereof, and which said execution was placed in the hands of said Nathaniel P. Saunders to execute who did according to law make the following return thereon.
"The within tract of land was advertised according to law to be sold at the court house door in Shepherdsville on the 19th December 1842, plaintiff selected R. F. Samuels and defendants not selecting, sheriff selected for defendants James Croan as valuers, they were sworn by the sheriff and valued the land at $3 per acre valuation filed, and the land was this 19 December 1842 sold agreeably to law at the court house door in Shepherdsville, and Abraham Field purchased for $165.70 the full amount of debt, interest and costs and commission due on the execution sale, cash in hand which I have received by agreement of plaintiffs and purchaser it was to be settled by themselves between them. Nat. P. Saunders, D.S."
The valuation is as follows. Plaintiff selected R. F. Samuels as court to value the land levied on and defendants not having selected a valuer, sheriff appointed James Croan a valuer for defendants, and they return the value of the land levied on, on their oath being sworn by the sheriff, at $3 per acre. Witness the valuers hands this 19th December 1842. R. F. Samuels, James Croan. Teste: Nat. P. Saunders, S.B.C.
Upon said execution the following transfer is made. "The benefit of the sale money on this execution for N. C. Summers $165.70, December 19 1842. J. D. S. Peacock." Credit for $115.07 paid me by A. Field, December 1842. N. C. Summers. Balance arranged by A. Field with me. N. C. Summers.
And the said Abraham Field having shown me a plat of the land owned by said Kinnison at the date of said levy is as follows and wich is the land levied on and sold under this execution, viz.
Beginning at a large beech tree in the original line of Christian's 1000 acre survey, corner to William Congrove's land, thence North 39° East 141 poles to a walnut stump corner of said survey and thence with a line of the same North 55° West 402 poles to a large white oak stump corner of said Christian's survey, thence South 39° East 428 poles to two hickories, one of which is double and a white oak corner to a tract of land laid off for Christian's heirs for 88 acres, thence South 51° East with a line of said 88 acre tract 77 poles to three hickories and a white oak on a ridge corner to said 88 acre tract, thence with a line of the same to the bank of Salt River and up Salt River to the mouth of Bullitt Lick run and up said Lick Run to William Congrove's corner, a sycamore on the west bank thence with Congrove's land North 77° West 10 poles to two white oaks on a ridge, thence South 85° West 58 1/2 poles to a pine sapling and hickory and white oak, thence North 10° East 188 poles to a stone on the bank of Lick Run, thence up the same North 20° West 29 poles, North 49° East 6 poles, North 68° West 16 poles, to three black walnuts from one root and double honey locust, elm, water beech and elm on the bank of Lick Run, thence North 55° East 156 poles to the beginning.
The interest of defendant Alonszo C. Kinnison in said tract so meted and bounded as aforesaid at the date of the levy of said execution and sale is sold, and here conveyed.
To have and too hold the interest, right and title of said Alonzo C. Kinnison of in and to the land aforesaid, so levied on and sold to him the said Abraham Field and his heirs forever, and said Nathaniel P Saunders sheriff as aforesaid does hereby covenant and agree to and with said Field to warrant and defend the title of said Kinnison to said lands unto him, said Abraham Field and his heirs forever as fully as by law the levy sale &c as Sheriff of Bullitt County he can do without individual responsibility on said sheriff.
