On 1 Dec 1849 William Collings deeded his undivided half of 400 acres to his nephew Isaac Purcell, as shown below. This was the land originally patented to Thomas Collings.

This indenture made this 1st day of December 1849 between William Collings of Bullitt County, Kentucky of one part and Isaac Purcell of the same place of the other part.
Witnesseth that said William Collings for and in consideration of the sum of $500 payable as follows: $250 in hand, and $125 in 12 months, and $125 in 18 months, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, he said William Collings has sold and conveyed, and by these presents does sell and convey unto the said Isaac Purcell, and to his heirs or assigns forever all his, Collings' undivided interest, right and claim of in and to the 400 acre survey, so-called on Crooked Creek, the same land whereon said Collings and Purcell now live; and the same land which descended to said William Collings and his sister, Mrs. Purcell mother of said Isaac Purcell, said 400 acres adjoins the lands of Hy Hart, Nat Evans, and others.
The 400 acres was entered and surveyed for Thomas Collings, the father of said William Collings and sister, and patented to said Thomas Collings, and the same whereon he lived and died, with the appurtenances to the said undivided half of said 400 acres of land, be the same more or less, here sold unto him the said Isaac Purcell and to his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Collings covenants and agrees to and with the said Isaac Purcell that he said Collings will, and his heirs shall warrant and forever defend the undivided half of said tract of land here sold to him said Isaac Purcell and to his heirs and assigns forever against the claims of all persons whatever; a lien is retained on the land here sold for the $350 yet due on the land.
